Your personal information will only be accessed by the Amana Community CIC and NHS Bristol Foundation Trust project team for the purposes of organising and evaluating this event. Your details will not be shared outside of the immediate project team and will be handled in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act requirements. Any reporting or findings from this work will be anonymised, and you will not be identifiable in any publications or presentations without your explicit consent.
